Cancellation Policy

You're planning to book a hike but are wondering about the weather conditions. What happens if the weather is terrible on the day of your rental (torrential rain, strong winds, high risk of thunderstorms, snowstorm, winter rain, etc.)? Here's our procedure:

 

• The day before your booking, take the time to check the weather forecast.

• If the forecasted weather is likely to spoil your day, contact us the day before your booking and we can either postpone your rental or refund your deposit, according to your preference.

• However, if for any reason you do not contact us, and we expect you as agreed on the morning of your reservation and you do not come to honor your rental, we will not be able to refund your deposit.
